Service Agreement

1. Since Samilsan Sağlık Hizmetleri Danışmanlık LTD. STI ( our Brand International Plus ) adopted an unconditional customer satisfaction approach, all of the products are under the warranty of International Plus.

Since Samilsan Sağlık Hizmetleri Danışmanlık LTD. STI ( our Brand International Plus ) is liable to Consumer Rights Law. It is meeting this liability.

Open and check the products which you think might be damaged during the shipment with the employee who you take the delivery from. If there is any damage, do not accept the delivery and make the shipping company take the minutes. Do not forget that you accept the shipping company fulfilled their duty completely after you take the delivery. Return of the used and ravaged and suchlike products can not be accepted. The customer is responsible for returning the product as it is delivered to him/her and if it is used, the loss of commercial value of the product shall be reimbursed by the customer.

2. Cancellation, Return and Replacement Policy

2.1 Replacement Policy

14 days replacement warranty: You could deliver the products with the invoice that you ask for a replacement to the contracted courier company.

Return and replacement of the products whose original package is damaged, used, or ruined is not accepted.

Replacement Without the Invoice is not Accepted

2.2 Return Policy

14 days return policy: You could return the products within 14 days after the delivery of the product by filling out the return and replacement form. Return processes are taken care of by the E-trade unit.

Return Warranty: You could return the products you have purchased in case they are not used and they are resaleable. The logos and the labels of the products should not be damaged; and all other properties of the product should be returned with the product.

If you return the products in 14 days with Havex Courier, the return charges will be compensated by International Plus. The return request after the 14 days of delivery, can not be accepted as returns and the courier charges arose after that period are not compensated by International Plus.

Returns without the Invoice is not Accepted

2.2.1 Refund Procedure of Return Requests

If you return the products in 14 days with Aras Kargo courier, the return charges will be compensated by International Plus. The return request after the 14 days of delivery, can not be accepted as returns and the courier charges arose after that period are not compensated by International Plus.

As soon as the products of your order, that you would like to return are received by International Plus that meets the returnable good conditions, the refund will take place in 14 days to your Credit Card and the provision code will be sent to your e-mail address. You could see the refund on your receipt along with the Provision Code according to your agreement with your bank. For the amount that does not take place in your receipt, you could contact your bank with your provision code.

2.3 Return Policy

Since your order will be processed and the delivery processes will start in 4 hours after the order is placed, you could cancel your order within 4 hours after the order is placed. The orders which are already invoiced and delivery to the courier is processed, can not be canceled. You could use your return and replacement right after the delivery of your order.

2.3.1 Refund Procedure of Cancelation Requests

Since your order will be processed and the delivery processes will start in 4 hours after the order is placed, you could cancel your order within 4 hours after the order is placed. The orders which are already invoiced and delivery to the courier is processed, can not be canceled. You could use your return and replacement right after the delivery of your order.

Cancellation requests referring to the above conditions, a refund will take place in 7 days to your credit card and the provision code will be sent to your e-mail address. You could see the refund on your receipt along with the Provision Code according to your agreement with your bank. For the amount that does not take place in your receipt, you could contact your bank with your provision code.

3. Return Address Notification Rudiments

Return Notification: You will be notified via e-mail when the return processes are completed.

The return of the products without the invoice is not accepted. We request you to send your products with their invoice.
